Our second virtual training of the year starts on Tuesday May 20th! Join us as we present the Cultural Humility ‘Train the Trainer’ curriculum over 10-hours that’s conveniently spread over 4 days from 8:00 am to 10:30 am PDT on May 20th, May 21st, and the following week on the 27th & 28th (Tuesdays & Wednesdays). All are welcome to register and learn the principles of Cultural Humility and build your skills through real time practice with our tools and guidance.

“More than a concept, cultural humility is a communal reflection to analyze the root causes of suffering and create a broader, more inclusive view of the world” – Dr. Melanie Tervalon

Our goal in cultural humility is to help individuals contribute in a helpful and positive way to their workplace cultures, creating environments where everyone gets the chance to thrive and share their unique gifts with the world.
When you register for our “Train the Trainer” in cultural humility this May or any other time, you will be sent the agenda one week prior, essential videos to review to prep for our upcoming dialogue sessions, and a welcome email. One we begin our session you’ll be provided with more materials like the facilitation guide and the powerpoint slide deck so you can further the teachings and practices of cultural humility in your organization.
Please not that commitment to all four sessions (10 hours) is required to receive all materials. Ensure you’re able to attend and participate in all sessions with video and audio; a strong internet connection is ideal.
Feel free to email us with any questions you have or visit us on Eventbrite to read our FAQ, learn more about our facilitators, and review the training itself.
