Due to COVID -19 All IV training, workshops, and community events have been moved to an online format.

Between many of our rural, small health care facilities, food deserts, and disproportionate pre-existing health disparities, many Native American communities are being struck hard. Amidst this health crisis, we are seeing environmental protections stripped and an unprecedented grab for natural resources within our traditional territories.

We must continue to protect our land. It is the first step in protecting our health and cultures. When nature is out of balance, we see increased population vulnerability to disease. As we continue to protect our environment, and our sacred places, nature and ourselves will both become more resilient when faced with crisis.

IV is accepting donations for our emergency water program! You can help us get emergency filters-backcountry style, Berkey Water purification systems, water purification tablets, and extra water containers out to elders, immune-compromised, and women with children. If you know an individual in a water emergency, please contact us at info@indigenousvision.org with their name, contact information, and address.
