We are excited to bring together our first Cultural Humility cohort of 2025 next! IV is proud to once again present ‘Train the Trainer’ with Cultural Humility live on zoom. This is the first of 3 training sessions we will be facilitating this year. If you’re ready to make positive workplace change using the principle and practices of cultural humility, register you and a team member today! We will begin on Tuesday, Feb. 18.
There are so many benefits of practicing cultural humility in our professional and daily lives. Over the four sessions of our training we’ll not just give you the tools to continue training new staff, we’ll give you the space needed to practice the skill of dialogue in real time with real people! This training can be transformative in the way we interact with not just our colleagues, but with those we serve in our communities and beyond.
Seating is limited and we’re excited to have you join our cohort this February 18 – 26, or this May 20 – 28!
Please note that a commitment to all 4 sessions/days is required to receive all training materials and certificate as each day builds into the next. We start every session at 8:00 am PDT and conclude at 10:30 am PDT with a health break.
